In my opinion the barking come as nature of the dog. It is one of many ways how the dog express her/his emotions. I'm not expert of poodle so I can give you any useful advice.
Ok while with the trainer but agression return once he gets home??? Boy, Boy, Boy! HOMEGROUND! that's his terrertory!!
Try giving him treat while trying to remove harness.............don't do it alone though, one to distract with treat while the other remove harness.
